Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it —, unworn, unused with all labels still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without an approved return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the problem and find the best solution for you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized products, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions about whether a specific item can be returned.

Items on sale and gift cards unfortunately cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item once the return has been approved.

14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period in the EU

 In addition to the above, if your goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without giving a reason. The item must still be in the same condition as when received — unworn, unused, with labels attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know whether your return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund to your account.
