What is the delivery time for my order?
Delivery times vary per product and are typically between 5–12 business days. The estimated delivery time is stated on the product page.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you have the right to return your order within 30 days after receiving it, without giving any reason (right of withdrawal). 

What conditions must a return meet?
The product must be in its original condition, returned in the original packaging (if reasonably possible), and complete with all accessories. If the product is used beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may charge a reduction in value.

Can I change my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Requests made after this time may not be possible. Once your order has been delivered, you may return it in accordance with our return policy for a full refund.

Who pays for the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

When will I receive my refund?
We will process your refund within 14 days after receiving the returned item, using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof of return.

Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your current order and place a new one.

What should I do if my product is defective or damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible via email and include photos if available. We will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Do I have a warranty on my products?
Yes, you are entitled to a legal warranty. This means the product must meet the reasonable expectations you may have of it.
